At the end of June 2011, Telenet, a major telephone, Internet and television provider in Belgium won the rights to televise top Belgian matches live and head-to-head against its competitor Belgacom. It was a huge success for the group. As a result, Telenet decided to rebrand the five sport channels in the Prime Package but had only a very short one-month timeframe. Originally called Prime Sport, these five channels became Sporting Telenet. The logotype was created by a Flemish communications agency and Gédéon headed the
creation of the channels’ on-air design. It was a great challenge and a great success thanks to the close working relationship between Sporting Telenet's AD Ludo Luykx and Gédéon's
team.
