Gédéon created the visual identity of the French magazine Lux-residence, formerly known as Properties.

A new logotype for a new name, and a full new layout for the magazine.

Our proposal : a cover with a large and beautiful photo to give an impression of space and luxury, pages of content and not only real estate listings, a layout with a lot of white to give a feeling of space and luxury.

Gédéon also conceived a print campaign for the launching of the magazine.
